Beef Stir Fry
SERVINGS: 8-9 cups
PREP TIME: 10 min.
COOKING TIME: 15 min.
Ingredients:
2 pkgs lean beef cubes
2 slices ginger root
½ tsp Garlic minced
4 chopped chives
Sea Salt to taste,
Pepper to taste
5 cups bok choy
2 cups bean sprouts
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup mushrooms
1 tbsp honey
1½ tbsp lower sodium soy sauce (or Bragg’s Seasoning Liquid)
Directions:
1. In a wok on high add beef, ginger, garlic, chives, salt and pepper. Cook until meat has started to brown.
2. In small bowl mix honey and sauce. Set aside.
3. Add remaining ingredients to wok and reduce heat to medium. When vegetables have become slightly cooked add liquid sauce.
4. Cook for 5 more minutes.
