Clean Chili

Clean Chili

SERVINGS: 5 cups
PREP TIME: 10 min.
COOKING TIME: 20-30 min.
Ingredients:
1 pkg Lean Ground Turkey or Chicken
1 chopped onion
4 chopped celery stalks
½ cup chopped carrots
1 chopped garlic clover
1 chopped green onion
1 can drained and rinsed kidney beans
1 can drained and rinsed navy beans
1 398ml can no salt added tomato sauce (Hunts or Heinz ideal)
1 tsp chili powder, Sprinkle Pepper and Sea Salt

 
 
 

Directions:
1. In large saucepan on medium heat, cook the meat, onion, celery, garlic, carrots and green onion until the meat is fully cooked.
2. Add the beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, pepper and salt.
3. Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes stirring often.
