Blueberry Shake

Blueberry Avocado Smoothies

SERVINGS: Makes 2 Shakes

Ingredients:
2 cups frozen blueberries
½ avocado
¾ cup pineapple juice
1½ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
2 tbsp ground flax or salba

 
 
 

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and purée until smooth. Serve immediately.
